About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Host to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth operation of the spa and guest services.
  • Conduct regular checks of the spa and surrounding areas to ensure they meet the required standards, escalating any issues to the Duty Manager.
  • Participate in product seminars and demonstrations as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
