About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Host to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Spa Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the spa and guest services.
  • Conduct regular checks of the spa and surrounding areas to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Deliver product seminars and demonstrations as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
