Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the main administrative function of the medical products division, assisting with all aspects of medical product supply to various organisations worldwide. This role requires a warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process goods in and out using the inventory management system and electronic record-keeping system.
  • Maintain stock records, including expiry dates and lot/batch numbers, for compliance and complete necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Assist customers with record-keeping of medical products via the electronic record-keeping system.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and dispatching goods locally and internationally.
  • Assist with maintaining the online product catalogue and electronic record-keeping system.
  • Replenish and service rental items, ensuring electronic records are up to date.
  • Raise purchase order numbers with suppliers.
  • Ensure warehousing goals are met.
  • Assist with monthly stock take of warehouse items, checking inventory numbers and goods for any damage.
  • Maintain good working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively and work closely with colleagues in the team and office.
  • Report any concerns, problems, incidents, or accidents to the Global Head of Medical Products in accordance with Company policy.
  • Deal with customer enquiries via email and telephone.
  • Adhere to all Company Health & Safety, Quality, and Security compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • 5 x GCSE grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving license.

Experience

  • Working independently and within a team.
  • Working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive and a self-starter who is able to multi-task.
