Medical Equipment Inventory Coordinator

The Medical Equipment Inventory Coordinator will play a crucial role in the medical products division of Gibb Group Medical & Rescue. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing goods, maintaining stock records, and assisting with customer queries via email and telephone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Process goods (and their unique identifiers) in and out using the inventory management system and the electronic record-keeping system.
- Stock Records: Maintain accurate stock records, including expiry dates, lot/batch numbers, for compliance and complete all necessary administration and recording in accordance with Company guidelines.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with the record keeping of their medical products via the electronic record-keeping system.
- Pick, Pack, and Dispatch: Assist with the picking, packing, and dispatching of goods locally and internationally.
- Catalogue Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of the online product catalogue and electronic record-keeping system (including e-store).
- Rental Items: Assist with the replenishment and servicing of rental items, ensuring electronic records are kept up to date.
- Purchase Orders: Raise purchase order numbers with suppliers.
- Warehouse Goals: Ensure warehousing goals are met.
- Monthly Stock Take: Assist with the monthly stock take of warehouse items, checking inventory numbers and goods for any damage.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualifications: 5 x GCSE grade C or above or equivalent.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license.
- Desirable Qualifications: Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience: Working independently and within a team, working within a fast-paced environment, administrative experience.
- Desirable Experience: Knowledge of medical products, warehouse experience, customer service.
