School Setting Overview
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking an Education Graduate to join our team as an Education Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a supportive environment, contributing to the development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for Education Graduates to gain valuable experience and make a real difference in the lives of students. As an Education Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for delivering subject-specific interventions, supporting students with their academic and personal development, and collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a structured learning environment.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver subject-specific interventions to boost student engagement and progress
* Provide tailored support for students with SEN, primarily those with autism
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective learning strategies
* Implement behaviour management strategies to promote student engagement and growth

What You'll Need:
* A 1:1 or 2:1 degree in Education from a leading UK university
* Experience working with children (desired)
* Confidence in managing behaviour and working with SEND students
* A positive and supportive attitude towards helping students achieve their potential
