Client Success Manager

Are you passionate about helping organizations achieve their goals through exceptional client success? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Client Success Manager to join our team at LRN Corporation.
About the RoleAs a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of our relationships with key clients, including contract amendments, pipeline development, and forecasting. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solution set, and will be the strategic partner between LRN and our most important clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including contract amendments, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Grow existing accounts by finding new buyers and introducing new and/or enhanced LRN solutions to existing buyers.
- Act as the strategic partner between LRN and our most important clients, building relationships with multiple contacts and buying centers.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns to supplement inbound leads delivered by marketing and opportunities uncovered during Business Reviews.
- Proactively analyze client health metrics, and usage of products and content, and recommend optimization and improvements as appropriate.
- Manage, track, and report all activities to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline development.
- Represent the voice of our clients to internal teams, including product, content, and technology.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid client-facing relationship or account management experience, with a proven track record of retaining and expanding a book of existing accounts.
- Exceptional relationship development and management abilities, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Experience supporting individuals who are using a SaaS business application.
- Ability to bring clarity, structure, and discipline to a variety of situations and environments, with experience working with complex projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, and a working knowledge of technology and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with industry expertise in compliance, ethics risk management, or HR benefits platforms is preferred.
