Process Development Specialist

Henderson Scott is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, translating design requirements into user instructions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective manufacturing architectures.
You will also provide daily operational support to the manufacturing team, address process-related issues, and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Process Design: Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness standards.
- Design Instruction Development: Translate design requirements into clear, concise user instructions to ensure seamless production processes.
- Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective manufacturing architectures and provide daily operational support to the manufacturing team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £43,000, plus bonus opportunities.
