About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Analyst to join our team at Benefact Group plc. As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Project and Programme Managers and their teams in Programme delivery, including coordination, planning, control, reporting, and analysis.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a PMO, supporting project managers and other change practitioners in the planning and tracking of change delivery. You will also have a strong understanding of project management in both Business and IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide governance reporting aligned to hybrid agile delivery
  • Administer Jira and Confluence
  • Maintain risks, actions, and issues
  • Maintain schedules and plans, financial monitoring
  • Manage dependencies and resources
  • Support PMO assurance activities
  • Document and communicate effectively

Co-ordination is a key element of the role, requiring the ability to collate, analyse, evaluate, and manipulate data, records, maintain libraries, registers, and PMO and wider organisational systems.

Requirements
  • Change and Delivery methods, including Agile approaches, and associated controls from conception to benefits realisation
  • P3M and PMO theories and practice, including maturity models
  • Professional standards and corporate norms (including appropriate delivery and legal frameworks)
  • Previous experience of working in a PMO supporting project managers and other change practitioners in the planning and tracking of change delivery
  • Experience of supporting complex programmes and/or portfolios of change and understanding of project management in both Business and IT environments
