Business Analyst Role at Sanderson

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our established team and drive transformation initiatives. If you have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and can work collaboratively, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and improve current processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gather and document business requirements for our Policy Admin System to ensure seamless integration.
  • Write User Stories and define future state processes to drive business growth.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality project documentation to facilitate effective communication.
  • Collaborate with IT Developers and business representatives to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in writing requirements and User Stories to drive business outcomes.
  • Background in business analysis within an Insurance environment to understand industry-specific challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Visio, to support data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt to project needs.
