About the Job

As a Store Support Specialist at Marks and Spencer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding our brand values.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting store management, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs, and resolving complaints efficiently
  2. Supporting store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  3. Maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
  4. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives, promote sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
