**Job Summary:**

We are recruiting an experienced Stores Administration Specialist to join our team in Bedhampton, Havant. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to our Aerospace client's stores function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Stores team by resolving queries with Suppliers efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Raise supply chain and concession/permit requests as necessary.
  • Complete additional administrative tasks to ensure seamless store operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. They must also be eligible to live and work in the UK freely, adhering to ITAR restrictions.
