Stores Administration Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are recruiting an experienced Stores Administration Specialist to join our team in Bedhampton, Havant. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to our Aerospace client's stores function.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Stores team by resolving queries with Suppliers efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Raise supply chain and concession/permit requests as necessary.
- Complete additional administrative tasks to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills are essential.
- You must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. They must also be eligible to live and work in the UK freely, adhering to ITAR restrictions.
