Senior Mechanical Project Manager

With offices in London, Manchester and the Southwest, we specialise in Housing, Construction, Facilities Management, Property, Surveying, Health & Safety and Sales. We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee a refurbishment project on a prison in Devon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the mechanical team on site and liaise with the main contractor to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Requirements:
* Experienced contracts manager with a strong mechanical background.
* Suitably qualified with mechanical related qualifications - HNC in building services.
* Experience of working on a Tier one contractor site.
* Excellent knowledge of H&S on site.
* IT literacy and excellent communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
