About the Position

We are seeking a talented English teacher to join our team at Wellingborough School. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English literature and language to students in Key Stages 3 and 4, with a focus on developing and implementing effective curriculum plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach English literature and language to students in KS3 & 4
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective curriculum plans
  • Participate in extracurricular activities such as school trips

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified Teacher with QTS in the UK (non-qualified will be considered if experience in UK schools)
  • Experience working with students with varying abilities
  • High standard of literacy
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
