Role Summary

We are seeking a talented Corrections Officer to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. As a key member of our Probation Service, you will work with offenders who are pre or post-release from prison or serving community sentences.

Your primary focus will be on supporting their rehabilitation and protecting the public. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage risks associated with medium and lower risk clients.
  • Provide information to courts and work closely with agencies throughout the justice system.
  • Support offenders in achieving their rehabilitation goals and reintegrating into society.
