The Role

We are seeking an Insight Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a Data Storyteller Leader, you will be responsible for managing projects from client brief through to final delivery. Your role will involve setting up and executing brand lift studies, analysing data, and transforming insights into powerful narratives that support client goals.

You will work closely with our Client Strategy team to align on client needs and ensure project objectives are met. You will also collaborate internally and externally to test client hypotheses, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide insights that maximise ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage studies end-to-end, from initial brief to final report.
  • Execution: Set up and oversee survey creation, manage data collection, and analyse findings to provide actionable insights for brand lift reports.
  • Strategy Support: Collaborate to test client hypotheses, identify optimisation opportunities, and provide insights that maximise ROI.
About You

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong data analysis skills and experience creating presentations that translate complex findings into easily digestible insights. You will bring a storytelling approach to data, transforming insights into a clear narrative that drives client action.
