Who Are We Looking For?

The Supply Register has recently proudly partnered with a College Group, necessitating the recruitment of a Senior Partnership Executive for our Further Education division.

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join us in our London team, focusing on Further Education. The ideal candidate will possess experience working within this sector and be seeking a full-time opportunity. They should have a proven track record of providing an outstanding service to clients and must be genuinely passionate about the Further Education sector.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • To build excellent relationships with key stakeholders at partner Colleges
  • Coordinate all staffing requests across all colleges and faculties
  • Work alongside a Resourcing & Compliance Officer to provide an exceptional candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Interview candidates for long-term and permanent vacancies
  • Regularly meet with clients on site to develop and strengthen relationships
  • Collaborate with our partnership agencies to ensure that College requirements are met
  • Effectively head-hunt and be able to fill a wide range of vacancies across the client portfolio
  • Develop new candidate attraction methods to attract the best talent for our Colleges
  • Conduct regular reviews and visits to all college sites

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working in an account management or recruitment consultant role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional service
  • The confidence and motivation to work independently
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to network
  • Motivation and drive to succeed and grow with the company
What We Can Offer
  • A basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with skill set and experience
  • A hybrid working arrangement from home office space
  • Twenty-five days plus birthday and public holidays per year (Increasing by 1 day each year to 29 days)
