Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will provide personalized support and companionship to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation, as well as help with medications and self-care.
- Offer companionship and conversation, creating a sense of connection and community for our clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Support clients with their morning and nighttime routines, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- A full driving license and access to a motor vehicle are essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, professional demeanor are essential for building strong relationships with our clients.
- A genuine interest in working in the community and making a positive impact on people's lives is a must.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00-£12.50, depending on the day of the week.
