Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Companion to work with our clients, providing companionship, outings, meals, personal care, and specialist dementia care. As a Care Companion, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities
  • Provide specialist dementia care, including memory stimulation and behavioral support

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £12.50
  • 45p per mile for mileage expenses
  • DBS paid by us
  • No uniforms required
  • On-call support available 24/7
  • Full training provided
