We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our Projects team at RSK Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading site-based staff to achieve completion of projects as set out by our clients.

Main Responsibilities


  • Health, Safety, and Environment
    • Promote and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to established work practices and controlling environmental impacts.
    • Ensure compliance with legislative responsibilities and industry standards.
  • Day-to-Day Management
    • Manage a team of site-based staff, including holidays, training, performance, and timesheets.
    • Support the Construction Manager in day-to-day activities and deputise when required.
  • Project Delivery
    • Ensure daily delivery of site-based activities as per the project programme.
    • Actively participate in daily site briefings and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Quality and Productivity
    • Ensure a high standard of productivity is realised on site activities with efficient planning of labour, plant, and materials.
    • Implement measures to achieve zero incidents, on-time delivery, and zero defects.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare detailed reports to substantiate project performance and progress.
    • Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an engineering or civils environment. A strong understanding of the water industry and knowledge of NEC3 Construction & Engineering Contracts are essential. Travel to various sites throughout the country is required, so a valid UK driving license is necessary.
