Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with scheduling and coordination of the on-site Quality team, supporting departments with building processes, and tracking documentation and project deliverables. They will also be responsible for daily updating of trackers and registers, assisting with build and control QA Turnover Packs, and liaising with clients and Dornan subcontractor Doc. Control to manage the status of review comments on Turnover Packs.

Requirements:

  • Highly organised individual with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Detailed knowledge of the Project Administration role.
  • Preparation of reports and memorandums.
  • IT literate - particularly with MS Office suite.
  • Good administration skills.
