About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Programme PMO Senior Officer to lead our Project and Programme Management Office (PMO) function, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our capital projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, and providing strategic leadership and support to project teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, and producing regular performance reports and identifying potential risks and issues.

About You

You'll already have significant experience leading and managing project and programme management offices, with a proven track record in delivering improvement in complex capital programmes.

You'll have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and financial control, with the professional qualifications to match.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential in this role, and you'll be self-motivated and confident enough to work independently whilst being a part of a high-performing team.
