We are seeking a Senior Public Affairs Manager to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. This role requires a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a nonprofit setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and implementing communications strategies, as well as expertise in editing and producing high-quality written content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to advance ELC's mission and goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison between ELC and external stakeholders, including the media, policymakers, and community leaders.
  • Edit and produce high-quality written content, including reports, press releases, and social media posts, to ensure consistency with ELC's brand and messaging.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in communications, staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the IT director to develop and maintain the organization's website, ensuring it accurately reflects ELC's mission and goals.

The salary range is $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, plus a full benefits package. We offer a flexible hybrid schedule and remote work options, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
