Sales Assistant Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our stores. You'll work closely with our UK Sales Team and instore colleagues to provide personalized service, maximize sales, and promote our products and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Support the monthly customer contact plan and follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
  • Load the van and plan delivery routes
  • Develop your skills and encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or retail role
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and with an eye for detail
