About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, helping customers find the perfect tiles for their projects, and driving sales revenue for the store. You will work closely with our trade and retail customers, building long-standing relationships and using your creativity to inspire them with our extensive range of tiles.

You will also have the opportunity to gain valuable product knowledge, develop your sales skills, and work in a supportive team environment. Plus, you'll enjoy a competitive basic salary, sales commission, and a range of benefits, including 3 days off over Christmas.

What You'll Need
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of tiles and retail is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
