Job Title: Digital E-commerce Manager

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital E-commerce Manager to join our team at Connexity. As a pioneer in online advertising and campaign technology, we deliver $2B in annual sales by connecting retailers to shoppers on the most desirable retail content channels.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of merchant / advertiser / brand accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure client success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the main contact for merchant accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insights.
  • Networking:
  • Experience: 2-3 years in customer success or account management in advertising or e-commerce.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (business level: speaking and writing).
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
