Job Title: Senior Conveyancer - Residential Property Law

Chadwick Nott's Aylesbury office is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and new builds. You will work closely with clients, advising them on all aspects of conveyancing procedures. Your duties will also include preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring that all deadlines are met efficiently.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

We require a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage our team's workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of residential property law. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage caseloads effectively, and contribute to the success of our department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years' experience in conveyancing, preferably within a similar setting. You will need to have a good understanding of conveyancing procedures, including drafting and reviewing legal documents. Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently are also essential.
