Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer - Residential Property Specialist

Our busy Aylesbury office is currently recruiting a qualified Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and new builds. You will provide expert advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing procedures, ensuring that their interests are protected throughout the process.

Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per annum

Job Description:
We require a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Your duties will include managing caseloads effectively, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the success of our department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in conveyancing, preferably within a similar setting. You will need to have a good understanding of conveyancing procedures, including drafting and reviewing legal documents. Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently are also essential.
