Support Worker Opportunity in Kent
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Kent, providing care and support to individuals with autism. The ideal candidate will have a positive and compassionate approach, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position working for the Kent Autistic Trust, a well-established care provider. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team, providing 1:1 care and support to individuals with complex needs. The role will involve supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities, as well as providing emotional support and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 care and support to individuals with autism
- Supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
- Providing emotional support and promoting independence
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and support
