Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Grants and Bids Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive grants strategy to secure funding from trusts, foundations, and major donors.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify potential funding sources and develop targeted grant applications
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop compelling proposals and reports
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trustees and donors
  • Providing regular progress updates and reporting to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
