About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting landlords and tenants, while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings to showcase our properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies to ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Ensuring lettings compliance is adhered to, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Providing regular updates and feedback to landlords, keeping them informed of the progress of their properties
  • Conducting check-ins and check-outs to ensure properties are left in good condition
  • Dealing with any landlord or tenant queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Arranging and carrying out property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair issues
  • Remarketing re-lets to attract new tenants and minimize void periods
  • Managing keys and arranging collections to ensure seamless property handovers

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with a sound knowledge of the local lettings market, a strong understanding of lettings compliance, and excellent communication skills. You should be confident and well-presented, with a full UK driver's license and proficiency in Word and IT skills.
