Lettings Negotiator Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Hawk 3 Talent Solutions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the lettings process for our reputable housing agency client.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Valuing properties to determine rental prices
* Preparing marketing materials, including brochures and property listings
* Conducting viewings and showing properties to potential tenants
* Processing rental applications and preparing tenancy agreements
* Preparing inventories and move-in packs
* Updating property management systems and utility companies
* Conducting property inspections and move-out appointments
* Dealing with bonds and bond disputes
* Issuing notices and handling property maintenance

**Requirements**

* Experience working in the rental market
* Possession of a clean driving license and own vehicle
