Main Responsibilities- Support the delivery of high-quality care to residents with diverse health needs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve care standards and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes and team performance
- Monitor and audit care standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Support newly qualified nurses through preceptorship and mentorship
- Manage safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve care home goals and objectives
As Clinical Mental Health Lead, you'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. You'll lead by example, monitoring standards through regular audits and supervised clinical practice. You'll also support the development of the care team, helping them to achieve their full potential.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. You'll also need experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments, as well as a strong knowledge of sales and marketing and budget management.
