About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team at Great Scotland Yard Hotel. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and reporting, as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in hotel management systems and software.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
