Nurse in Paediatric Care

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Children's Ambulatory Care and Outpatient Unit at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and young people.
About the RoleThis role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing planned elective day surgery within the day surgical unit. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and supervising care, as well as evaluating its effectiveness.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute towards the effective running of the department by demonstrating leadership qualities and being open, transparent, and trustworthy. You will also support staff in the development of clinical procedures, ambulatory care pathways, and practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people within the Trust.
Requirements- Registered Children's RNC Nurse on NMC Register.
- Administration of IV medication.
- Experience in an acute setting and/or ward experience in administering Immunisations/BCG with anaphylaxis knowledge (or working towards).
