About the Job:
We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Procurement Leader to join our team at BAE Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of professionals, developing and implementing activities that deliver on People, Process, Technology & reporting which support the successful delivery of the SC function.
Responsibilities:
- Managing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Providing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial procurement and contract management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems
