**Job Description:**


Become a key player in our Supply Chain Team and drive success in a dynamic and innovative environment. Lead the coordination of Supply Chain activities and contribute to the delivery of the UK's National Defence Programme.


**About the Role:**


As a Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Supply Chain Professionals, ensuring they deliver scope and fulfill processes, toolsets & reporting requirements. This is a fast-paced, commercially driven procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK's National Defence Programme.


**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on Supply Chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**


  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and identify trends.
