Nursery Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their educational and social development, and working closely with parents and colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities for children, taking into account their individual needs and abilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years care and education.
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years, preferably in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a passion for child development and learning.
