Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Room Manager to join our team at Tops Poole Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the educational and social development of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with our training team to provide ongoing professional development opportunities for our staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Level 3 in Early Years care and Education
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality childcare services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our children and families
