Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Contract Specialist to join our team at MBNL. As a key member of the Legal and Property Team, you will be responsible for delivering legal advice, contractual review/drafting, and negotiation to support commercial/procurement activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent commercial acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be expected to manage external counsel and provide trusted and proactive legal expertise to internal clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Advising on contract shape, structure, and setup;
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts with attention to detail;
  • Collaborating with internal clients and shareholder legal teams;
  • Working with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and escalations;
  • Managing external counsel and quality assuring outputs;
  • Providing trusted and proactive legal expertise.

We are offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
