About the Role

The Mercian Trust, in partnership with WMJobs, is seeking an Examination Support Assistant to join our team. As an Examination Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our examination events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake administrative tasks as set by the Exams Officer, including taking registers and assisting with the packing of scripts at the end of exams;
  • Support the Exams Officer in the preparation and delivery of examination events;
  • Ensure the secure and accurate handling of examination materials and scripts;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
