Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Lead to join our team at Rebel Recruiters. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of a full-scale, greenfield re-write of an existing data-capture system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Head of Development/Lead Developer to define high-level architecture and drive technical decisions
  • Lead the development of the system, working autonomously with a small team
  • Design and implement software solutions using C#,.NET 8, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and NoSQL
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and projects
  • Strong technical expertise in C#,.NET 8, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
