Senior Ruby on Rails Developer - Technical Lead

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join their team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of the development team, you'll play a crucial role in building bespoke platforms and internal tools. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience building applications in Ruby on Rails
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React
  • Strong team player and excellent communicator
  • mentoring / Lead experience
  • Architecture experience
