Senior - Lead Ruby on Rails Developer

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join their team. As a Lead/Principal Ruby Developer, you'll play a crucial role in building bespoke platforms and internal tools. If you're passionate about making a positive impact and have the skills below, we'd love to hear from you:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience building applications in Ruby on Rails.
  • Proficiency with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React.
  • Strong team player and excellent communicator.
  • Mentoring/Lead experience.
  • Architecture experience.
