Mathematics Department Support Specialist
Temple Moor High School and Sixth Form, part of Red Kite Learning Trust, is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support our Mathematics Department in delivering teaching and learning.
The role will involve supervising classes during short-term absence of teachers due to professional development activities, primarily in Mathematics, but also in other subjects. You will also provide technical and administrative support to the Mathematics Department, both in lessons and extra-curricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Mathematics Department
- Support the Mathematics Department in delivering teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a Learning Manager or in a similar role
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference to students
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
