Care Team Lead Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead our team of support workers, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience of leading teams and managing rotas. They will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance the quality of life for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

About the Company

We are Dutton Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency working exclusively with care providers across South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive initiatives that enhance the quality of life for clients, promoting their dignity and independence.
  2. Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and facilitating professional development opportunities.
  3. Conduct appraisals, supervisions and competencies for the team leader and senior support workers in your services, these in turn will conduct supervisions and appraisals on the support staff.
  4. Participate in the on-call Rota shared with the managers and senior management team.
  5. Ensure the highest quality and standards are met across the service, updating risk assessments and support plans and ensuring outcomes are monitored, met and evidenced.
  6. Meet staffing levels and produce rotas for the service.
