About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Floor/Bar Staff to join our team at The World's End and The Underworld in Camden Town. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the bar and floor areas are clean and well-maintained, and supporting your colleagues to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience
  • Run an efficient bar, maintaining stocks, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
