As a Field Clinical Specialist with Boston Scientific, you will play a critical role in providing expert clinical, technical, and educational support to assigned accounts at a Territory, Regional, National, or EMEA level. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely collection, reporting, and analysis of medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing field and remote clinical support in areas such as case coverage, basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for our company products.
  • Attending cases face-to-face or remotely with our customers and advising physicians on clinical attributes and techniques associated with our products.
  • Ensuring the development of deep understanding of hospital workflows and business relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales.
  • Responding to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
  • Recording customer information and activities in our company's CRM system and utilizing it as an alignment tool with other commercial roles.
  • Providing education support on product usage and customer training, including clinical expertise and experience, a passion for innovation, and a growth mentality.
