Sales Opportunity

We are now looking for a team manager to join our Manchester office based in Spinningfields. As a sales team director, you will take charge of guiding and motivating a team of lead generation telesales consultants. Your leadership will pave the way for achieving ambitious sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence within your team.

Job Details
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of outbound lead generators and telesales consultants to achieve high performance and exceed goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Work closely with senior management to align team objectives with overall business goals
  • Coach individuals to improve quality and performance

Deliver one-to-one coaching sessions, comply with HR policies at line manager level, and take a customer-first approach while ensuring optimum profitability of all sales activity.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales leadership role
  • Previous experience managing lead generation
  • Strong background in managing and developing sales teams
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement necessary changes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Strong people management skills
Compensation Package

An industry-leading compensation package includes a base salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus commission (OTE £50-£60K). The company also offers ongoing training and development, including extensive one-to-one coaching and group sessions.
