Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Medication Administration Training
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable
