About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Industry Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As an Industry Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our clients across various industries.

You will work closely with our experienced Recruitment Managers to identify the right candidates and manage them through the full recruitment lifecycle. You will also contribute to business development efforts by identifying new leads and building relationships with potential clients.

This is an exceptional opportunity to start your career in technical resourcing and progress to senior roles with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates can expect a starting basic salary of £26,000-£30,000 with an uncapped first year OTE of approx. £40-50k.
